I’m so glad you enjoyed the workshop. It was such a great opportunity to share and connect with our colleagues throughout Florida!

When I started to read your first takeaway I was going to encourage you to connect with Allison, but then I realized you’re both from UNF. It’s good to know you’re both on the same page! Lol!

In the workshop we barely scratched the surface of the faculty incentives discussion, but I hope you got a few good ideas. My hope is that you and other community members will continue the conversation in the discussion thread at [url]https://topkit.org/forums/topic/tools-techniques-and-strategies-provide-incentives/[/url]. Page actually posted a nice long list there already. I check there periodically to see if new ideas have been posted. What motivates our faculty today may not continue to motivate them tomorrow, so I’m always seeking new ideas.

I also wanted to acknowledge the thought you put into the sample course so far. The table on pages 16-17 of your attached Implementation Plan looks like a great start!
