Description: Due to our unique role and expertise in supporting teaching, learning and technology initiatives, demand for instructional design and technology positions has increased across higher educational institutions in Florida. Faculty and administrators’ expectations on our services are higher than ever before. At times we may experience challenges maintaining a healthy balance among the quantity and quality of work, our personal well-being, as well as our professional development time and opportunities. Are there strategies to maintain that balance that would benefit all of us? Join us at this interactive panel discussions session and learn from our expert panelists who have extensive experience and effective strategies for handling the workload matter. To help us better organize and facilitate this event, a brief pre-registration form is required to be submitted before 1:00 p.m. (ET) on October 24.
