    Hi all,
Can anyone recall a QM alignment worksheet mentioned by some representative of some university (I know; it’s only been two months. Sorry!)? It’s a worksheet that contains QM rubric with standards and the column for faculty to fill out and show the evidence in the course that meets a standard.
We are in the process of revisiting our QM review process here at the Office of Distance Learning at FSU. This would be a great resource to share in our unit. Thank you so much!

    Hi Liying,

Thanks for your post some time ago. Here is a link to the latest QM standards https://www.qualitymatters.org/sites/default/files/PDFs/StandardsfromtheQMHigherEducationRubric.pdf[. Hope this helps! Let us know if this is not what you are looking for. Hi, Amanda!
I was looking for a worksheet for faculty to fill out which helps reviewers locate evidence in their course. I ended up building my own.
Your link to the thread about State Quality Initiative is super helpful. I found some information on the state quality awards that I thought about lately. Many thanks!
