I was very grateful to have three colleagues with me at the TOPkit workshop so we could get some actual work done on a plan I think we can move forward with. Some of the homework was about reflection as well as looking ahead. I guess the thing I would want feedback most on is the draft outline for a new training course. We already have one but this document assumes that we don’t and that we are starting from scratch, so I’ll be comparing our draft agenda with others to see what we may have missed.

Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. I enjoyed reviewing your file. You have a 5 week course with 25 hours delivery time reserved. I’d love to see how that ends up being mapped out. I know that is one of the areas you requested some feedback on in the post. I’d like to see what your final outline is after you compare, combine, and delete between our sample outline and your current content. We usually allocate 70 hours of work for the expected content readings and their course content development. I’d like to see how you map that out as well.

Please keep in touch and feel free to reach out to us in the future. We would also like to solicit your feedback and contributions to the TOPkit web site. If you have something you’d like to share or have a great resource you feel we should add to the site, please let us know!
