  • Hi everyone,

In this month’s digest, we are talking about unconferencing as a way to provide engaging, meaningful faculty (or really, any kind of) development.

In addition to unconferencing, there are many different formats which we can utilize for faculty development including: day-length workshops, multi-day workshops, virtual webinars, presentations at departmental meetings, or semester-long professional development courses.

What works best for you? Every institution is unique and has specific needs, but we would love to hear from the community about what has worked best at engaging faculty at your institution specifically, or what you think could work better!

    Cheers,
    Charlotte
