Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. I also appreciate the feedback on the SWOT analysis activity and the workshop experience in general. So glad you were able to collaborate on the orientation class outline!

Your draft is incredible! You’ve thought out not only content but several of the logistical items such as phases, mentoring plan, stipends, and action plans. I don’t think I have ever seen a professional development course with a college orientation included (Module 1). Is this not offered through human resources? Kudos to you for including that.
