Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. What a great idea completing the “scaled back” activity for yourself (and your course). Thirteen weeks is longer than our ten weeks but I can see why it is needed! So much to teach… so little time! 🙂 We even pulled out our LMS training from it and made it an online prerequisite (so to speak) to give us more time with best practices and pedagogy while we have them.

We also did something very similar when we decided to go from several face-to-face (f2f) sessions in our professional development offering to less f2f and more online. Had to trim it up! Was a great way to decide what was “mandatory” and what was wanted.
