Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. I enjoyed reviewing your file with short and long term plans pre/post 90 days. Sounds like you’re ramping up for a big LMS conversion, and after a recent discussion with Page I believe we will have a follow up discussion to share some lessons learned from our conversion. The good news is that this is your opportunity to make some of those course updates that you may have been putting off for a while. You may find that this is a catalyst for your faculty to make some major updates to their courses as well.

I noticed both of your lists included Content Considerations, so I hope you found those toolkit pages useful.
