Thanks so much for attending the workshop and revising the implementation plan to meet your needs. It looks like you have ambitious but attainable 30, 60, & 90 days goals. I noticed that in Phase 2 you discuss using a rubric to review the current version of your course, which is an excellent idea. but remember you can also start with the sample rubric in the original implementation plan template and customize it to address all your specific quality concerns at FSW.

The other thing that caught my attention was the Phase 1 item to consider the use of MasteryPaths in Canvas. I was just at CanvasCon yesterday and learned about this tool for the first time. It sounds like it has great potential for faculty development. Please let me know how it works for you once you’re up and running. We would also like to solicit your feedback and contributions to the TOPkit web site. If you have something you’d like to share or have a great resource you feel we should add to the site, please let us know!
