“ADDIE” is the resident online faculty development advice columnist for the TOPkit Community of Practice. She curates substantive faculty development dilemmas submitted by members of the online education community and offers advice for moving forward productively. New columns are posted monthly in the “Ask ADDIE” forum. In addition to an extensive personal background in faculty development, “ADDIE” also has at her fingertips access to an extensive network of advisors whom she calls upon as needed.
The role of “ADDIE” rotates on a semi-annual basis.
