After teaching ESL/EFL for over 20 years, Karen has been at the UCF Center for Distributed Learning since 2012. She was the proposer for the development of UDOIT (Universal Design Online content Inspection Tool), and continues to champion online accessibility and Universal Design for Learning principles in Webcourses@UCF. She unifies these principles under the concept of “Invitational Design.”
