I received my Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology at the University of Central Florida, as well as a BA in English Literature. In 2013, I joined the Webcourses@UCF Support team at the Center for Distrubted Learning as a technical support assistant. After 6 years, I transitioned to the Pegasus Innovatoin Lab (iLab) at CDL where I serve as the project coordinator.
