Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. I really enjoyed reviewing the SWOT analysis in your attached file. One theme that jumped out at me as I read through all three tables was time. I think we all struggle with that – never enough time! I know we can’t create more time, but perhaps creative incentives would help some folks shift their time. 😉

It also sounds like you have a very strong program in place – after revising since 2004, you’re really fine tuning at this point. As Sue mentioned in the workshop though, every 5-6 years we find that we need to make major updates to keep current with new trends and ever-changing university needs. Performing the formative evaluation you describe should help reveal if/when those changes are needed at UWF. Two of the items you addressed in the last table were participant feedback and research. If your survey responses are scattered, you may want to consider using a tool like Qualtrics to distribute your surveys. We recently switched over to qualtrics and it’s streamlined our ability to analyze the feedback data, which can then be used for research purposes in addition to your continuous improvement efforts. It’s nice to have all the data in one place where everyone involved has shared access. We would also like to solicit your feedback and contributions to the TOPkit web site. If you have something you’d like to share or have a great resource you feel we should add to the site, please let us know!
