Abstract:
The StateUniversity System of Florida Board of Governor’s 2025 Strategic Plan for OnlineEducation recommends that institutions implement an online course review process with two levels of recognition (Quality and High Quality). If you are using Quality Matters, OSCQR, OLC’s Quality Scorecard, or your own institution’s quality course review system, implementing the standards set by the state could leave you baffled. As a method for making meaning and gaining clarification about state recommendations, participants will:

· Review the state strategic tactic Quality 1.1.3.
· Gauge their institutional progress towards meeting those standards.
· Identify opportunities and challenges to achieving the standards.
· Offer their own experience for overcoming stated barriers.
