Thanks so much for attending the workshop and posting your Implementation Plan. I enjoyed reviewing your file, especially your SWOT analysis, and then seeing how it resulted in some concrete steps to implement in the next 30, 60, & 90 days. It looks like those next steps are focused on formative evaluation and continuous improvement. Please let us know how it goes!
I’ve also asked Tommi to take a look at your SWOT analysis since that is really her area of expertise, and of course she jumped at the opportunity to provide you feedback. I’m sure you’ll see her reply very soon. In the meantime, we would also like to solicit your feedback and contributions to the TOPkit web site.
